Frisches Fleich von Straussen nicht älter als 15 Monate, in folgendem Sortiment: Fillet, Fun Fillet, Steak, Mix und Gulasch.
Das Fleich ist in Vacuum Beutel á 2,5 kg verpackt, in einem Sammelkarton von 10 kg. Die Straussen sind geschlachtet und geteilt in Betrieben, die über ein EU Zertifikat verfügen. Wir können 2 Tonnen wochentlich liefern. .

We are searching for new customers for an ostrich meat. It can be frozen or fresh, vacuum packed á 2,5 kg in a multipack á 10,00 kg. Our monthly demand is about 20 tons, as well as salted ostrich skins. The meat assortment can be following: Fillet, Fan Fillet, Mix or the whole leg without bones or with bones.
